These projects consist of existing apartment buildings that are tenanted and yielding a healthy return based on there cap rate. (Capitalization rate is the rate of NOI net operating income to net asset value.) New construction, remodeling, repurposing existing structures also will make up apart of this asset class. New homes and subdivisions will be constructed specifically designed for community living. These projects will be constructed after considering a variety of factors including the maximum development potential of land parcels and the current market demand.

With the growth of e-commerce and emerging global economies there is an enormous demand for industrial space .Warehouses and logistical hubs will make up a majority of the tenants in the future .The demand for this type of asset class is growing exponentially as economies grow and have logistical needs that need to be met in there region.

Under the umbrella of its commercial division Reitereum will have four individual sectors it will be focusing on.
