RULES‼️

✅ 'English' only chat (Including stickers, GIFs, voice chat etc.).

✅ Limited usage of Japanese words (mostly weeb talk) is allowed.

✅ Be nice and respectful. Respect others opinions.

✅ A few off-topic chats are fine but try to keep it relevant to this community.

✅ Always go through pinned messages to catch up on recent announcements, promotions etc.

✅ Do a proper search in channels before randomly asking/requesting 'Anime links'.

✅ Being part of a fandom is good, but fanboyism will get the boot.

🚫 Use of profanity i.e swears/curse words are prohibited (also extend to stickers, GIFs, voice chats etc.). 

🚫 No spamming of any kind. (Chat flood limit is 8)

🚫 No advertising without admin permission.

🚫 Gore, Porn, Hentai or any sort of NSFW discussion/sharing is strictly prohibited. Do not put up explicit content.

🚫 Avoid chatting on controversial topics, politics and religion.

🚫 No trolling, racism, intimidation, harassing or any other rude and toxic behaviour.

🚫 Don't be rude/sarcastic with members who aren't familiar with you.

🚫 Do not bash or mock someone's anime preference. 

🚫 Any sort of shit-posting/non-animated stickers and GIFs are not allowed (mainly Pepe, doge and other low-quality stickers).

🚫 Do not "disturb" anyone in personal messages.

🚫 Do not share or send anime episode/movie files in the group. File sharing is prohibited due to potential copyright strikes.

🚫 Avoid off-topic conversations when there's another active discussion.

🚫 Joining with alt accounts after getting banned from the group, if spotted, will be banned again.

We don't like members joining to hit on girls (or boys) in private chat.

If you get inappropriate messages in a private chat from group members please inform an admin (with screenshots if possible).

FAQs:

Q.0. Why so many rules?

A. This is a pretty large anime community meant to help people of all ages and origins with anime-related stuff. A highly specific chat with a highly specific goal. It may or may not be right but in order to avoid the whole discussion about who's right or wrong every time somebody gets offended we would like to keep things as clean as possible and as much focused on anime as possible. Because again, this is an anime discussions group.  

Q.1. Nobody reported me, why did I get a warn?

A. Reporting is just there to help the admins find instances of rule-breaking. The admins can warn on their own if they see instances of rule-breaking even if nobody else minds.

Q.2. I got banned without reaching 4 warns. Why?

A. The warning system is to warn people who broke rules unintentionally. That's why it's pretty forgiving with 4 warns. If the admin feels that you're familiar with the 4 warn rule and abusing it, you may be banned without reaching 4 warns.

Q.3. Technically I didn't break the rule but I still got banned/warned. Why?

A. Trying to circumvent the spirit of the rule might also get you warned/banned even though you may have not broken any rules.

Q.4. I got banned/warned because of a misunderstanding. What should I do?

A. If you feel like you got banned or warned because of a misunderstanding, contact the admin making your case. If the admin still doesn't agree with you, You can message the group owner and explain the situation.

P.S: Fighting with the admin who warned you in the chat might result in a ban even if you were right. If you feel like the admin is wrong or rude, your best recourse is to contact the owner of the group and then wait.
