I actually ordered the small medium and the large size of these and I must say I love all of them. I'm newer to wearing plugs so it took me awhile to get to where I could get the large in. As another reviewer mentioned the large is well large. Make sure you read the description for an idea of the size. That being said to get it in I'd recommend having someone to warm up with. I have a similar sized glass plug that is a little pointer to stretch out with. That being said once it is in it is super comfortable. It has just enough weight so you feel full. The stem is narrow so you don't feel constantly stretchee out. My favorite part though is the design of the base, props to whoever made it. It is long and narrow so it fits nicely. I have a desk job and can sit on it for hours. I have also worn the medium to the gym without any drama or discomfort. As far as cleaning I find if you want to remove all the odor you have to rub these firmly with soapy water. They do not seem to retain odor but you really have clean it to get the odor off if that makes sense. I have tried the burn test and I'm happy to say these do not melt so at the very least they are a very high percentage of silicone.

I'm not sure why other manufacturers don't design products with comfort in mind. If you are looking for something to daily this what you need. Unlike other plugs the base is shaped in a way that it tucks right in in an ergonomic like manner. It is thin and long so there are no pressure points and nothing digging in. That being said I feel confident it is plenty large to prevent it from going too far in. As far as size it is as big as advertised. It does have a longer stem so it tucks in deep for a full feeling without fear of it popping out. The weight is also nice it could be a little heavier but it is better than nothing. As far as cleaning and smell usually I use a uv sanitizer and it gets a rid of odors on any of my toys. I don't imagine this would be a exception.

Didn’t really know what to expect but the extra weight of these plugs really fill you up. Easy enough to pull out too which is nice.
I feel like this is way underrated. I am newer to wearing these, so the smaller size was ideal. If you are brand new to wearing plugs, I would still recommend a one of the training sets before moving to this. All that being said, while it is weighted it could be heavier. It is definitely not a deal breaker that it is lighter than expected though. Now for my favorite part, THE BASE! I wanted to wear a plug daily and this is what you need to do it. I have several other plugs, even brand name ones that I cannot wear for more than a few hours all because the base is almost as wide as the plug itself causing it to dig into my cheeks. The one on this product is long and narrow so it tucks right in your crack. Sitting, bending, standing, you name it you can do it and it is hardly noticeable. The lack of width is made up for in length and I feel confident it will not go in further than it should. As for as cleaning and odor retention I cannot fully comment on yet. In my experience most silicon toys hold a slight odor. I find using a UV sanitizer takes care of it without the use of chemicals though
