Weekly Review: Key Developments in Uzbekistan's Capital Market

As of the reporting date, the Central Depository system recorded 695 joint-stock companies, while the total volume of share issuances amounted to UZS 270.22 trillion.
The following key developments were recorded in the capital market during the reporting week:
Farg‘ona Invest Kompaniyasi JSC registered a primary share issuance worth UZS 0.50 billion, while Hayot Invest Insurance JSC registered a primary share issuance of UZS 50.00 billion.
Renesans Mikromoliya Tashkiloti JSC carried out an additional share issuance, increasing its total issuance volume from UZS 12.20 billion to UZS 12.73 billion.
The total share issuance volume of Infinity Insurance JSC increased from UZS 82.30 billion to UZS 83.80 billion, Qo‘ng‘irot Un Zavodi JSC increased from UZS 1.29 billion to UZS 2.95 billion, while Yo‘lqurilish JSC increased from UZS 109.35 billion to UZS 523.16 billion.
In addition, the shares of Chust Paxta Tozalash JSC, Xatirchi Paxta Tozalash JSC, Zafarobod Paxta Tozalash JSC, and Shovot Paxta Tozalash JSC were removed from the register.
In the bond market, the number of issuers reached 38, while the total issuance volume amounted to UZS 7.07 trillion.
UMRC SPV LLC registered a primary issuance of mortgage bonds worth UZS 40.56 billion.
The total corporate bond issuance volume of Variant Retail Finance LLC was reduced from UZS 110.00 billion to UZS 90.00 billion.
