Weekly Review: Key Developments in Uzbekistan's Capital Market

As of the reporting date, the Central Depository system recorded 697 joint-stock companies, while the total volume of share issuances amounted to UZS 269.76 trillion.
The following key developments were recorded in the capital market during the reporting week:
"Tayanch Mikromoliya Banki" JSC carried out an additional share issuance, increasing its total issuance volume from UZS 53.90 billion to UZS 100.00 billion.
"TBC Bank" JSC also completed an additional share issuance, raising its total issuance volume from UZS 2,360.46 billion to UZS 2,700.46 billion.
In the corporate bond market, the number of issuers stood at 37, while the total issuance volume reached UZS 7.05 trillion.
"O‘zbekiston Ipotekani Qayta Moliyalashtirish Kompaniyasi" JSC registered an additional corporate bond issuance. As a result, the total corporate bond issuance volume increased from UZS 1,490.00 billion to UZS 2,190.00 billion.
