Weekly Review: Key Developments in Uzbekistan's Capital Market

As of the reporting date, the Central Depository system recorded 697 joint-stock companies, while the total volume of share issuances amounted to UZS 269.37 trillion.
The following key developments were recorded in the capital market during the reporting week:
— APEX MOLIYA JSC registered a primary share issuance worth UZS 4.00 billion.
— Following an additional share issuance, the total issuance volume of SQB Insurance Sug‘urta Kompaniyasi JSC increased from UZS 84.94 billion to UZS 101.92 billion.
— Mulk-Sarmoya Brokerlik Uyi JSC carried out an additional share issuance, increasing its total issuance volume from UZS 0.94 billion to UZS 1.87 billion.
— The total share issuance volume of O‘zbekiston Qayta Sug‘urta Kompaniyasi JSC increased from UZS 80.00 billion to UZS 150.00 billion as a result of an additional issuance.
— In addition, the shares of To‘raqo‘rg‘on Paxta Tozalash JSC and Yevroosiyo Banki JSC were removed from the register.
In the corporate bond segment, the number of issuers remained at 37, while the total issuance volume stood at UZS 6.35 trillion.
— The total corporate bond issuance of Imkon Finans Mikromoliya Tashkiloti JSC was reduced from UZS 16.00 billion to UZS 10.00 billion.
— The total corporate bond issuance of Hamkormazlizing LLC was also reduced from UZS 29.50 billion to UZS 21.00 billion.
