Weekly Review: Key Changes in the Uzbek Capital Market

The number of joint-stock companies accounted for in the Central Securities Depository system stood at 701. Driven by steady market activity, the total volume of share issuances expanded to reach UZS 267.09 trillion:
“HUMO PAY” JSC executed a follow-on (additional) share issuance, effectively scaling up the company's total emission volume from UZS 20.00 billion to UZS 26.50 billion.
The corporate bonds segment also demonstrated a positive growth trajectory. The total number of active bond issuers rose to 37, bringing the aggregate issuance volume to UZS 6.30 trillion:
“TECHRISE IT” LLC successfully registered its debut primary issuance of corporate bonds, injecting UZS 20.00 billion into the debt market architecture.
