Web3 Senior Marketing Manager

Role responsibilities:

• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns across Web3 channels, including social media, performance marketing, influencer marketing, paid media to grow brand awareness and increase the project community in a global scale
• Develop and execute special marketing projects containing key deliverables, rollouts, timeline, and budget to drive user engagement and retention
• Monitor progress of marketing projects, gather analytics, and report on campaigns and channels to optimize results
• Collaborate with other teams to amplify the overall results
• Coordinate and execute comprehensive community management strategies across the main platforms: Twitter, Telegram, Discord
• Implement in strategies web3 based software and apps for marketing amplification & community building on every part of the growth cycle: engagement, referral, analytics, attribution, CRM etc.

Requirements:

• Strong background in Web3, blockchain and NFTs
• 3-4 years experience in crypto marketing & project management
• Passion for Web3, crypto, and blockchain
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to effectively take ownership, lead, organize, prioritize, strategically plan, execute, and consistently produce deliverables on time
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple deadline-oriented projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions
• Fluent in English
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and a strong desire to build at the Zero to One stage
• Network of contacts within the Web3 ecosystem would be a plus
