The Latvian fintech company, a leader in the loan investment market, is looking for web analytics in its IT team in Riga. You will participate in the optimization of marketing processes and product development of the company. You have to develop and implement a strategy and methodology for researching user behavior.

This high-tech startup, which has existed on the market since 2015, entered profitable momentum in 2017 and does not stop growing. Its main services are investment in loans, the amount of which is more than 1 billion euros, currency exchange at a low market price, as well as opening a debit bank account for its investors. Now the company is represented in Latvia, Poland, Lithuania and Germany, but plans to expand, including in Latin America, Southeast Asia and Africa.

You have to:

Plan and conduct custom research at every stage of the product life cycle.
Introduce a continuous user feedback collection cycle for timely user data
Analyze the effectiveness of online and offline marketing campaigns and new product releases
Analyze user behavior on the web and on mobile devices
Participate in building a robust measurement and reporting infrastructure
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to facilitate monitoring and information sharing

You will be required to:

At least 2 years of experience in analytics
Practical knowledge of web and mobile analytics, tracking and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Adjust / Appsflyer / Tune, Firebase, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager), A / B and multivariate testing (Google Optimizer) and analytic user behavior (Hotjar )
Practical experience in providing analytical data and conclusions about the reasons for improving the conversion and optimization of UX and / or channels
Understanding the principles of UI design, UCD (user-oriented design) and usability of web interfaces
Experience in analyzing the effectiveness of online and offline marketing campaigns
Fluent spoken and written English
