Hurricane Keiko has arrived! The newscast weather segment. Usually the last thing anyone ever thinks about (unless they said "sun" and it wound up being "rain") but Keiko Nakadai's going to change all that. Toiling in obscurity for years at a horribly rated TV station, Keiko has figured out what the weather report needs and doesn't mind taking off her top (or lifting her skirt) on the air to do it. The ratings aren't going to go down, that's for sure. Of course, some of the people at the station don't find this appealing, and decide that Keiko's got to go. They devise a series of horrible "accidents" for her, but Keiko usually seems to be about a step ahead of them. Eventually, everyone at the station will discover that there's far more to her than meets the eye as Keiko's star rises incredibly quickly ... and as her importance increases, Michiko Kawai's (the old weather girl) drops. Something has got to be done, but who can do it? Keiko may be the boss now, but it wasn't always so. In fact, only a few years ago there was someone else who appeared to be the one running the show at ATV (and who wasn't the chairman). This is an excellent example of how humor and sex can be combined in an anime/hentai product. This is the story of a unknown girl named Keiko at a news station getting her big break with a shot at doing the weather report. To keep her job and to keep the audience attentive, she wears very little on the report. However, an old news anchor has returned from France named Kaori. She is just as sexy and sultry as Keiko, but much more professional. Immediately a rivalry begins between Keiko and Kaori. Michiko Kawaii aids Kaori in an attempt to end Keiko's career. But the chairman demands the two work together. What happens when two opposing fronts collide? A STORM! You'll love Keiko's outrageous acts, you'll feel so sorry for Michiko's fate, and you'll love the sexy anime girls in this installment. Kaori is so hot, and Michiko really looks good too. It really is a shame there are only 2 episodes to the series. A third episode would have been VERY interesting indeed. I give Weather Report Girl 2 a 8.5 out of 10, and make sure to see part 1 as well! Both episodes are on the one DVD from Toho Video.

Keiko Nakadaiure : Get over it. You should complain when no one watches. A decent 9 o'clock news program? All the viewers care about, is what tie the anchorman is wearing and how his co-anchor's legs look.

Den ble først sluppet ut i Japan i august 1994 av Toho og senere i USA på VHS i september 1996 og på DVD i august 2005 av Right Stuf. Den er basert på en softcore eromanga av Tetsu Adachi. [1]
Handlingen dreier seg rundt Keiko Nakadai, som jobber som kontordame hos ATV-TV-kanalen, som konsekvent har lavest seertall. Hun blir valgt ut til å ta over jobben til en av værdamene en dag, og Keiko tar nytte av denne muligheten ved å helt åpenbart vise frem undertøyet sitt på TV. Dette gjør at seertallene flyr oppver, og i TV-kanalens håp om å få høyere seertall, blir hun den nye værdamen til kanalen. [2]
