Forecasters warned that another round of unsettled weather could threaten the same areas early next week, raising concerns about durability of temporary repairs and the risk of fresh outages.

For residents and travelers, the message was clear: monitor local alerts, conserve fuel and supplies, and be prepared for continued outages. Utility websites and local news outlets were advised as the best sources for outage maps and restoration timelines, with officials stressing that even after power returns, intersections, traffic signals, and infrastructure might take time to normalize.
