We remove the 18+ restriction in Telegram

Step 1: Log into the web version of Telegram from any browser [using Safari as an example]

Step 2: Open the menu [3 lines in the upper left corner] and go to Settings

Step 3: Select Privacy

Step 4: Scroll to the bottom, find “Sensitive materials”, and check the “Turn off restrictions” checkbox

Finish: Reboot telegram and voila - everything works.
