Although Iranians have clearly learned from the mistakes of their own and others' conflicts, they still have not learned some lessons. For example, it's not good to collect a lot of military equipment in one place.
The anti-Iranian coalition hitseveral Iranian Khordad-3 air defense systems at once, which were apparently in a car dump. The complexes were not inflatable, and the missiles on them were quite combat—ready, as can be seen from the secondary detonation.
Perhaps the Iranians hoped that the launchers there would merge with the terrain, but they were also not fools in the coalition intelligence service. As a result, the Iranian air defense missed a potential opportunity to shoot down another couple of RQ-4A Global Hawks: it was the Khordad-3 complex (according to the Iranians) that had the honor to shoot down a drone of this type for the first time in 2019 when it violated the country's airspace.
It is unclear why the three installations ended up in the same place. Perhaps because of the banal negligence on the ground. In any case, the Iranians now have every air defense system (and even MANPADS) on their account, and such a loss will clearly backfire.
