A. Investors Policy
We open the option Withdraw Order (WO) form only for partners for 2 hours after project lists on Exchange, you will get back 100% funds (means cancel invest) with requirements:
1. You're prohibited to transfer your token to exchange (CEX or DEX)
2. You're prohibited to trade your token
3. Minimum Investment $5,000
4. Only for projects has TGE 5%-50%
if you're not compiling with those above requirements, you won't be eligible to cancel/refund your investment.
B. Launchpad Policy
1. Project has TGE 50%-100% (Protection 3 hours)
The price must above IDO, if it failed, refunds 100%
2. Project that has TGE <= 50% and vesting monthly (Protection 24 hours)
Each vesting, the price must be above IDO, if failed, refunds for the rest of the funds
Token requirements:
1. You're prohibited to transfer your token to exchange (CEX or DEX)
2. You're prohibited to trade your token
if you do one of those above, you won't be eligible to cancel/refund your investment.
Note: Protection until 50% of token vested
