WaterCheck Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using WaterCheck, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

WaterCheck is a water intake tracker app. All data is stored locally on your device. No account or internet connection is required.

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

WaterCheck Premium is available as a monthly (£2.99/month) or yearly (£17.99/year) auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a current subscription period.

4. Free Trial

Free trial periods, if offered, will be specified at the time of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Privacy

7. Changes
