Was The Modpack Big?

I ran my minecraft launcher via curseforge to download a modpack (1.16.5), and the download velocity on the launcher seems to be about 3mb per/s and it is taken about 10 minutes to download 4mbs out of a 300 mb download. This is way too sluggish compared to my actual wifi speeds. What am i imagined to do to fix it?

Was the modpack large?

If it is a popular modpack then it possible is taking a while, with 100s or simply mods with say 10+MB (either or both) it isn't shocking.

Strive downloading a smaller pack and see what occurs. Or create your individual and check it (also if it's downloading the version and other model obligatory information earlier than the mods and every thing else that is additionally likely).

Now, what I'd do is connect with Hardwired Wi-Fi, as it is way quicker. Now if that does not work, it might be the mob your trying to launch with forge. In case you have a tons of mods, its would usually take 10 - 15 min to load you up. Now Minecraft servers what I understand of this.
