Welcome to the Walletium x Telegram Apps Center Challenge (the “Challenge”), please read this information carefully.

The Challenge is organized by Telegram Apps Center in collaboration with Walletium (the “Organizers”). By participating in this Challenge, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Financial Advice – The Challenge is for community engagement and entertainment purposes only.  Nothing in this event should be considered financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to engage in any financial transactions.  Participants should conduct their own research and assess risks before interacting with Walletium or any financial platform.

2. Risk Disclosure – Participation in the Challenge involves using third-party services, including making deposits, converting crypto assets in Walletium. These transactions may carry financial risks, including but not limited to market volatility, liquidity risks, and potential loss of funds. Telegram Apps Center is not responsible for any financial losses incurred.

3. Eligibility & Participation – Only users who complete the required tasks within the Challenge period (June 4 - June 8) will be eligible for rewards.  Users must hold their deposit until the end of the campaign to qualify. Participation is voluntary, and users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

4. Rewards & Distribution – The prize pool for the giveaway is funded by Walletium, with a total of 10000 USDT.  Telegram Apps Center will be responsible for distributing the prizes to winners randomly selected from eligible participants. All rewards are final, non-transferable, and subject to the organizers’ discretion.

5. Third-Party Responsibility – Telegram Apps Center is responsible for marketing announcements, adding tasks to its platform, and distributing prizes.  Walletium is responsible for making announcements in its community and providing the prize pool.  Telegram Apps Center and Walletium are independent entities, and neither party is liable for the actions, services, or policies of the other.

6. Modifications & Termination – The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Challenge at any time without prior notice.  Any changes will be communicated through official channels.

7. Interpretation - In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency in the interpretation of this disclaimer, the provisions shall be construed in a manner that best aligns with their intended purpose and the overall context of this document.  Headings are provided for convenience only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of any clause.  If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.  Telegram Apps Center reserves the right of final interpretation of this disclaimer.
