WHAT WE COLLECT

This app does not collect, store, or share any personal data. The version of the app you installed contains only the screens and workout content needed to run on your device. It has no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, attribution, or payment software built in. Any choices you make in the app — such as your age or body goal during onboarding, your fitness level, your reminder schedule, your workout progress, streaks, and completed sessions — stay on your own device. We never receive them, and they are not sent to us or to anyone else.
