Supply of Hot Melt Glue
We would like to procure 24 Tons of Hot Melt Glue using International Competitive Bidding/ICB/ Procedure:- Bidders are required to note the following while participating in the bid:
International Bidders are required to assign Local agents capable of providing related and renewed trade license, VAT Certificate, TIN Certificate and Suppliers Registration Certificate and tax clearance certificates.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain the bidding document prepared in relation to this bid using the address given below during office hours Monday through Friday ; morning 8;0012.30 AM and after noon 1:30-4:30 PM against payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 /Two Hundred Birr/ .
Bidders are required to submit a bid bond amounting to Birr 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Only) in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee.
Bids must be delivered at the address below on or before the bid closing date and time. Bids shall be closed and opened on June 18, 2020 at 2:00 P.M in the presence of bidders and representatives.
EMPDE reserve the right to accepted or reject any or all bids.
