Q: How can I choose a language course that interests me?
A: Go to the "Explore" tab, click the filter button on the right side of the search bar, and select your preferred languages and difficulty level.

Q: Can I create my own course?
A: Absolutely! It’s very simple:
• Open "Settings"
• Select "Create a Course"
• Click "Get Started!" and choose between manual creation or importing an existing course from Anki
• Set up your course and optionally charge a one-time fee in Telegram Stars.

Q: Does WORD have a motivation system for learners?
A: Yes! WORD has a learning streak feature to encourage consistent learning. Study every day to keep your streak alive. You can also set a daily goal in "Settings" and check your ranking in the "Leaderboard" tab.

Q: I missed a day of learning. Can I fix this?
A: Yes, you can freeze your streak by purchasing a Freeze, but you must do this in advance. For example, if you know you won’t be able to study over the weekend, buy two Freezes to skip two days without breaking your streak.

Q: I can’t afford to buy a Freeze. Are there free ways to get one?
A: Yes! WORD has a referral system:
• Invite a friend → get 1 Freeze
• Invite a Telegram Premium user → get 3 Freezes.

Q: What happens if I already missed a day (or more)?
A: Unfortunately, your streak will reset, and you’ll have to start over.

Q: I’m a course creator. Can I withdraw Telegram Stars from my course sales?
A: Yes! Go to "Settings" → "Balance" to see your earnings. Note that withdrawals are only available 21 days after the Stars are credited to your WORD balance. You can also check your transaction history in this section.

Q: I found a bug in the app. Where should I report it?
A: Go to "Settings" → "Contact Support", then describe the issue in detail in the chat that opens.
