Visit of Indian guests interested in W.E.T.E.R and GOROD L.E.S projects to the head office

To get acquainted with the projects being developed by technical (technological) solutions, in April 2023, a series of meetings were held between the inventor and project manager D. Tiaglin with interested citizens from the Republic of India, the largest country in South Asia, which is ranked first in the world in terms of population and seventh in territory. The meetings were held at the office of WETER LLC in Dubai UAE at: TIAGLIN HUB, WETER LLC; UAE, DUBAI, DIP 1, W10. In the form of a dialogue and interview, D. Tiaglin provided information on the GOROD L.E.S and W.E.T.E.R projects, the facilities being developed, the investment program and the interim measures taken to implement the projects.

Currently, projects are marked as “startups” due to their complexity and scale. The correctness of the choice of a promising place for the development of projects – the city of Dubai, UAE, was indicated. The Middle East, represented by such countries as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, is a place of attraction for innovative ideas, the implementation of the most ambitious projects and design and architectural solutions, taking into account the business structure and investment climate. In order to implement projects, consultations are held, business meetings are held to establish partnerships with influential people and businessmen of the UAE, as well as other countries of the Middle East.

Another country for the proposed implementation of projects has been designated – the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Cooperation agreements have already been concluded with three major development companies on the design and construction of the first wind power building in Vietnam, the search for land plots for the construction of a capital facility, taking into account seismic activity, geological and climatic features of the area.

The inventor gave explanations on the device, design and technological use of the transport and logistics system of the city (TLSG) and the wind energy complex (WPP – wind power plant) using the example of models of the objects being developed.

With the help of the mock-up, a demonstration of the construction of a multi-level urban system in combination with power generating buildings, a combination of their placement, functioning and interaction, providing an innovative arrangement of the entire infrastructure and creating a unique architectural and aesthetic appearance of this territory, was held. The presentation mock-up allows to visually perceive the energy efficiency and compactness of the proposed urban infrastructure, which determines an innovative approach to the development of urban areas.

A description of the technical solution for the production of electricity by a wind power plant, the applied aerodynamic scheme for the concentration and creation of the optimal air flow vector affecting the vertical-axis blade system took place. Based on taking into account the efficiency of the wind power plant, its useful properties, forecasts were made on the demand and widespread use of wind power complexes in many countries where work is currently underway on national patenting of the wind power complex. In turn, an objective assessment of the prospects for the use of wind farms can be demonstrated at a real facility, which will ensure the demand for such a technical solution and its widespread use.

During the meetings, D. Tiaglin briefly noted the existence of education corresponding to the projects, reflected the professional and creative activities of the author of inventions, the history and motives of intellectual work to develop new technical ideas developed within the framework of these projects.

The GOROD L.E.S and W.E.T.E.R project manager emphasized that the implementation of projects will take a long time. The project implementation period will depend on resource provision, decisions of specialists, experts, authorities and state bodies. Positive trends are noted at the present stage of project development and allow forward movement of projects. Coordination procedures are being carried out for land plots for construction, technical documentation for capital construction projects and the establishment of partnerships with design, construction and investment companies. Design and architectural solutions for construction projects are being prepared for presentations; in a number of countries they have already been submitted to government agencies and experts.

Currently, active work is underway on the national protection of inventions in a number of countries considered for the use of the claimed inventions. Patents for inventions have already been received in the USA, Brazil, Turkey and countries of the Eurasian Patent Convention.

It seems quite possible that the implementation of projects and the use of the facilities under development will contribute to the growth of economic activity in the territories of the countries of the Middle East and Indochina, the improvement of the status of such states, the standard of living of the population. Proposed innovative ideas and projects that can reconstruct the infrastructure of cities, improve the safety of the human environment, achieve a positive social and economic effect.

D. Tiaglin touched upon investment issues related to projects. It was noted that an IPO (initial public offering) is not considered in the near future, as there are no grounds for this. But this is possible in the future, when profits will be made for the provision of intellectual property for use, participation in projects for the design, construction and use of the objects under development.

Legal entities and individuals are given the opportunity to participate in the W.E.T.E.R and GOROD L.E.S projects by obtaining an Electronic Digital Key (EDK) through the acquisition of shares in projects on the website: TIAGLIN.COM. At the moment, the content and design of personal accounts of project participants are being improved, which will be completed as soon as possible. The amount of participation is reflected, stored in the personal account, and access to the saved information on the size of investments is carried out by the participant through the EDK, issued in the form of a file. To create a personal EDK, the User needs to go through the procedure of verifying personal data on the site with confirmation of the phone number. Registration of the User on the site is carried out by filling out the appropriate registration form.

Other issues regarding the development and implementation of projects, the design of objects under development, resource support for activities and patenting of inventions, the development of probable business ideas for projects and the powers of project participants were also discussed at the meetings.

As a result of the meetings, respected citizens and our friends from India expressed their satisfaction with the information received on the W.E.T.E.R and GOROD L.E.S projects. There was expressed a desire to continue communicating with the project manager on issues of interest.
