Permission has been obtained for the examination of the wind power plant patent from the Intellectual Property Department of Japan

The patent application No. 2020-518755 for the Wind Power Plant invention filed with the Japan Patent Office under International Application No. PCT/RU2018/000686 in October 2022 received a request for additional and clarifying information about the new technical solution. On November 14, 2022, in the interests of the applicant D.V. Tiaglin, the patent attorney sent to the Intellectual Property Office of Japan a response with explanations and additions to the abstract for a new technical solution for electricity production using wind energy. On November 28, 2022, payment was made to the patent attorney for the response to the Japan Patent Office's request for substantive examination. Link to files

After the specialists of the authorized body of Japan have reviewed the abstract for the Wind Power Plant invention and additional information, the application is subject to substantive examination in accordance with the provisions of the Patent Act - the main regulatory act on the patenting of intellectual property.
