Taking into account the suggestions of interested parties, growing public interest in the new technical solution, promotion of the W.E.T.E.R project and the wind power complex under development, an article was published in Amazing Architecture in March 2023. The article contains a brief description of the wind power complex (WPP) formed by a building with a wind power plant of modular construction, its technical characteristics, and the technological design of the structure for the generation of electricity. A comparative analysis of the proposed complex with the classical propeller devices of power generation is given. The article contains a large number of colored graphic drawings of design and architectural solutions of the wind power complex, made by the specialists of the project team in 2022 - 2023. The proposed graphic drawings show the variety of design and architectural solutions of the power generating building, the possibility of its embedding (integration) not only in modern architecture, but also in a certain historical development. A variety of structural forms of the capital construction object allows the creation of wind power complexes in Western Europe, America, Africa, the Middle East and Indochina.

The structural and architectural design solutions use an eclectic style, which is a synthesis of Art Nouveau and Neoclassicism, the so-called Art Deco architectural style. The authors of the design solutions followed in their graphic solutions the futuristic examples, elegant and expressive designs of famous architects of the recent past and present. These solutions are defined by the desire for proportionality of all parts of the whole, harmony, elegance, natural design (eco-architecture) and lyricism.

The developed different exterior appearance of the power generating building can be embodied in a bright variety of architectural solutions, updating the present appearance of modern cities and creating a continuity of historical architectural solutions. The offered design and architectural forms can be coordinated with the modern tendencies of construction and architecture, which is one of the factors determining the perspective of the developed wind power building. Graphic sketches of the wind power complex show the possibility of its integration into the architecture of modern cities and its combination with their diversity.

The article also contains a proposed layout of the premises of one of the four structures that make up the building. The graphic highlights the design solutions for the interior appearance of the premises and the content of its interior.
