Completion of work to obtain a USA national patent for a wind-powered plant (WPP) by inventor Denis Tiaglin

The work on obtaining a national protection document for the invention "Wind Power Plant" (WPP) in one of the most popular countries of the world - the USA - is actually completed. This invention is analogous to the "Wind Power Plant" invention patented in the Russian Federation in 2018.

The patenting of the WPP invention in the USA was carried out on the basis of the international application PCT/RU2018/000686, registered by the International Bureau (IB) of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has finally examined the application for WPP No. 1193,002US1 after conducting a patent search, formal examination, and substantive examination. After reviewing the application for compliance with the formal requirements, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office examiners conducted a search and substantive examination of the application for compliance with the requirements that the application must have in order to obtain patent status, and searched for analogous or similar applications. Tiaglin, a notice was received from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that the application for the invention of the WPP may be granted a patent. After paying the patent attorney and the patent fee, it is possible to obtain the national protection document for the WPP within three months, until April 11, 2023.

The popularity of the development and implementation of technical ideas is promoted by the openness of consumers to new goods and services, an effective state and judicial system to protect their tangible and intangible rights in the United States.

The great interest of both domestic and foreign applicants in obtaining U.S. patents is obvious. U.S. legislation defining intellectual property rights effectively protects the interests of holders of documents of protection obtained in this country.
