WEEKFEST’s “BLOOM” Participation Guidelines and Requirements

To ensure everything runs smoothly and everyone has the best experience possible, we’ve laid out a few essential guidelines. Please take a moment to review them before securing your spot—because the best parties come with a little bit of order!

Here’s everything you need to know to be part of WEEKFEST’s “BLOOM”:

1. To attend the event, YOU ARE REQUIRED to join the official WEEKFEST channel and our sponsors’ channels (MANIPS CO, HEARTBLOOMINGS, POLKIE DOLKIE, BLUENBHD, SCREAMOUTHZ, REMANIPS). This will be verified upon ticket redemption.
2. Please ensure that you have followed all the required procedures as announced in the official WEEKFEST Telegram channel.
3. BLOOM is open to all roleplayers, including RPW, RPK, RPI, RPT, RPC, RP ANIME, and other RP communities.
4. Tickets are available exclusively through my.weezevent.com, and each ticket is registered under a single name, one ticket per person.
5. After purchasing via loket.com, remember to screenshot your E-Voucher & screenshot your personal main channel which contains your posts with captions that we have provided on our channel (rules and terms in @WEEKFEST). These screenshots MUST be kept personally until the event day.
6. SCREENSHOTS SHOULD BE UNEDITED AND NOT CROPPED.
7. Keep screenshots of your ticket and main personal channel post safe until February 15, 2025, and provide them in the ticket redemption group during the OPEN GATE session.
8. Access to the Party Venue will be denied if your ticket is found to be registered under someone else's name and not personally owned.
9. Tickets are non-transferable. Please do not share or distribute your ticket to others.
10. WEEKFEST retains full authority to cancel tickets if any violations, non-compliance, or fraudulent activities are detected.
11. We bear no responsibility for lost, damaged, or invalidated tickets. If your ticket is lost or deemed invalid, entry will not be permitted.
