Please register and submit your portfolio (if any) if you believe you meet the following qualifications:

1. Passionate about pop culture, internet culture, music, film, and everything shaping today’s creative scene. Highly knowledgeable and always up-to-date with the latest trends, conversations, and cultural moments online and offline. Bonus points if you’re deeply immersed in media, fashion, cinema, music, or digital culture and love analyzing the stories, aesthetics, and movements behind them. 

2. Share our flyer (link) on your personal channel and keep it up until the acceptance announcement.

3. Overflowing with creativity. Ready to bring unlimited ideas to the table and find innovative ways to boost engagement and interaction with our audience.

4. Trustworthy and loyal. Committed to keeping all group discussions and activities confidential and loyal to the team.

5. Willing to collaborate and ready to work cohesively within a team and assist members from other divisions when support is needed.

6. If you are skilled in writing, image editing, video editing, audio editing, or motion graphics editing, be sure to prepare a portfolio or submit samples of your work along with your application.

1. Graphic Designer & Video Editor. Turn ideas into visuals that leave a mark. From sharp graphics to cinematic edits, you’ll shape the face and energy of our movement through powerful designs, dynamic content, and visuals people won’t forget.
2. Event Director. The mind behind the chaos. You’ll lead the overall direction of the event, building concepts, managing the flow, overseeing crews, and making sure every detail hits exactly the way it should. Strong leadership, fast decisions, and creative instinct are everything here.
3. Talent Liaison. The bridge between the stage and the shadows. You’ll handle guest stars and talents directly, making sure they feel comfortable, prepared, and fully connected to the event flow. From coordination to backstage communication, you keep the energy smooth and professional.
