Vorderman Motor Werks was originally founded in 1990 by Reg Vorderman. Employees consisted of his wife Connie and a select group of highly qualified technicians. In 1998 Vorderman Motor Werks acquired Fort Wayne's exclusive Volkswagen dealership. We quickly outgrew our Ley Rd. location and moved to Cross Creek Boulevard. We have been at this location ever since and even added Vorderman Import Service also located on Cross Creek Blvd. for service of all makes and models from Audi to Volvo and everything in between! We purchased our atlas in 2021. Our salesman called us a year after purchased to check how every thing was going. Always have a pleasant experience. Have had to bring our little kids with us and everyone was very accommodating!
I purchased a 2007 Lexus from this dealership as my sons first car and we both thought that it was a great car and a great price. We worked with Teresha throughout our whole experience at the dealership and thought that she did a great job informing us and answering all the questions that we had. Overall it was a good experience and i can see myself coming back to this establishment in the future.

The worst experience buying a vehicle. I do not recommend buying from them at all.... bought a Honda odyssey was told that it had been thru a complete check and everything was good.. LIE..... when we came back to pick it up, we couldn't even drive it off the lot because the high pressure hose busted.. left it over night to be fixed . Drove home just to have it back in the shop the next day . . Another 700 in repairs... brought this to their attention and was told "you bought it as is"... here it is 30 days and still in the shop and so far this bill is over 2800....I asked them to meet me in the middle on the cost, or even let me bring it there and I'd cover labor or parts... still waiting on a phone call.... NOTHING!!!!

My husband and I felt like we could really trust we were buying the right car for us from this sales consultant and dealership. Saw a vehicle online that met my criteria. When I contacted the dealer to purchase the vehicle, They stated the vehicle had a deposit on it which is understandable. They called me back later in the day and said the person backed out because they priced the vehicle incorrectly. They said the price is now $2000 more and when I stated I was still interested but wanted to know all the dealer fees, they then stated that would be a $695 dealer fee in addition to the $200 paperwork fee and taxes. I hope this review helps someone else when trying to decide what dealer to use.
Vorderman VW is a fair, honest, and family-friendly place to do business. My experience with them was outstanding! I believe them to be honest and truly concerned about getting their customers into the right vehicle for them. I worked with Caleb and Caril in sales and both were kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They communicate and respond in a timely manner.
