What will you be doing?
The role includes recruiting and engaging volunteers, ensuring they are supported to contribute to our mission. You will coordinator the volunteers, working closely with our leadership to promote a positive and inclusive environment.
Ideally, this role would suit someone with the time and interest to want to contribute and have the right attitude to make it work for both themselves and the charity.
* Volunteer Recruitment
* Recruitment of volunteers through platforms such as Reach Volunteering and other online portals.
* Engagement & Retention
* Maintain regular communication with volunteers to ensure they feel supported and connected to our mission.
* Organize volunteer appreciation events and initiatives to foster community and recognition.
* Co-ordinate
* Oversee the volunteers and conduct regular check-ins and reviews with team members to monitor progress and provide feedback.
* Administration & Reporting
* Maintain accurate volunteer records and regularly update our trustees on volunteer engagement and outcomes.
