Французские власти высказались против продажи в стране водки с экстрактом конопли. Выпуск спиртного напитка, который не оказывает наркотического действия марихуаны, однако передает её запах и вкус, ранее анонсировал местный алкогольный концерн. В ответ на его запрос в Минздраве Франции заявили, что подстрекательство к потреблению конопли действительно запрещено законодательством и должно повлечь за собой уголовную ответственность. Компания ранее уже публично заявляла, что в напитке нейтрализован активный ингредиент марихуаны, а именно тетрагидроканнабинол ТГК , который разрушает центральную нервную систему. В рекламе напитка используются образы, визуально похожие на коноплю, такие как пальма или папоротник. В компании анонсировали планы продвижения напитка в том числе на Украине, в Грузии, а также в Польше, Дании, Болгарии, Литве и Эстонии. России в планах пока нет. Продавать напиток намерены и за океаном — в США и Канаде. Последует ли за негативной реакцией французских властей приостановка плана реализации такой водки в стране, пока не ясно. На запрос RT в концерне оперативно не ответили. Через интернет её можно купить на Украине — цена около рублей за 0,7 литров в пересчёте на российские рубли.
