VoLTE fix for custom ROMs

1. Turn off wifi calling, video calling from mobile network settings.

2. Go to apn settings, click the three dots, reset apn to default.

3. Reboot device.

4. Now VoLTE will start working, you can even enable VoWifi Calling.

Also make sure your firmware matches with one used by custom ROM.
