Visual Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Visual mobile application (“the App”), which creates music video clips from the photos and music you provide. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Using the App

Visual lets you upload a photo and a song to automatically generate a music video clip. You may use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. Your Content

“Content” means the photos, music, and other materials you upload. You keep all rights to your Content. By uploading Content, you confirm that:

• you own the Content or have all rights and permissions needed to use it;

• you have the right to use any music you upload, including any copyrighted songs or recordings;

• if other people appear in a photo, you have their consent to use their image;

• your Content does not violate any law or the rights of others.

You are solely responsible for the Content you upload and the clips created from it.

3. License You Grant Us

To process your Content and create a clip, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your Content solely to operate and provide the App. This license ends when your Content is deleted.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• upload content you do not have the rights to, including other people’s music or photos;

• create material that infringes the rights of any third party;

• create offensive, illegal, harmful, or misleading content;

• create images of real people without their consent, including misleading or deceptive material;

• hack, disrupt, or attempt to bypass any technical limits of the App.

5. Generated Clips

Clips are generated automatically using artificial intelligence. Results may be imperfect and we do not guarantee any specific quality or outcome. As between you and us, you own the generated clip, provided you have the rights to the source Content. You are responsible for how you use and share your clips.

6. Paid Features

Some features may require payment or a subscription. Pricing, billing, and refunds are shown in the App and handled by the App Store under its own rules.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including third-party claims related to the Content you upload.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you within the App or by other reasonable means. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
