This Privacy Policy explains what data the Visual mobile application (“the App”) collects, how we use it, and how we protect it. Visual creates music video clips from the photos and music you upload. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

1. Data We Collect

Data you provide:

• photos you upload to create a clip;

• music or audio files you upload;

• account details such as your email address, if you sign up;

• messages you send us for support.

Data collected automatically:

• device information (model, operating system, identifiers);

• usage data (which features you use, frequency, crashes).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• create and process music video clips from your Content;

• provide, maintain, and improve the App;

• keep the App secure and prevent abuse;

• process payments and subscriptions, if any;

• respond to your support requests.

3. Photos and Music

The photos and music you upload are processed only to create your clip. To generate clips, we may send your Content to third-party processing and artificial intelligence providers. We do not sell your photos or music, and we do not use them to train our own models without your consent. Source files are kept only as long as needed to provide the service and are then deleted.

4. Sharing Your Data

We may share data with the following types of providers, only to operate the App:

• cloud hosting and storage providers;

• image, audio, and AI processing providers used to generate clips;

• payment services and the App Store;

• analytics and crash-reporting services.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy. Uploaded Content is deleted after your clip is created. Account data is kept while your account exists.

6. Your Rights

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the App or by other reasonable means. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
