Vistory Leader League Is Coming
Vistory
Vistory is entering a new stage, and the way we work with community leaders is also changing.
Soon, we will launch the Vistory Leader League — a structured program for active leaders who build communities, support users and help move the ecosystem forward.
This will not be just another Telegram group.
The Leader League is being created to make leadership activity more visible, organized and meaningful.
What will change?
Leader activity will no longer be based only on titles or the size of a team.
We want to recognize real contribution:
— supporting users and answering questions;
— developing local communities;
— helping with onboarding;
— bringing and supporting new leader candidates;
— creating useful content;
— organizing local activities;
— collecting community feedback;
— participating in Vistory campaigns and initiatives.
Leader Points
The new system will include Leader Points.
Points will be awarded for verified and useful activity inside the community. They will help us understand which leaders are consistently contributing, supporting their teams and creating real value for Vistory.
The goal is not to reward spam or artificial activity.
Quality, consistency, responsibility and real results will matter.
The full point system, criteria and available leader levels will be shared separately.
A path for new leaders
We are also preparing a Vistory Potential Leaders group — a separate space for people who want to grow into leadership roles.
Potential leaders will be able to:
— learn the basic Vistory ecosystem mechanics;
— complete onboarding;
— support their first users;
— participate in community activities;
— demonstrate their leadership potential.
Strong candidates who show real activity and progress may later be invited to join the main Vistory Leader League.
This allows the main League to remain valuable and focused while creating a clear path for the next generation of community leaders.
What leaders will receive
The Leader League is intended to give active leaders:
— clearer communication with the team;
— structured tasks and priorities;
— recognition for real contribution;
— access to leader materials and updates;
— opportunities to participate in campaigns and local initiatives;
— a stronger connection with other active leaders;
— a clear path for growth inside the Vistory community.
What should you do now?
You do not need to wait for the official launch to start showing your contribution.
Support your community.
Collect real questions from users.
Help new members understand the ecosystem.
Bring strong potential leaders.
Create useful local activities and content.
Stay active and responsible.
The work leaders are doing now will help us build the future structure of the League.
More details about the point system, leader levels, activities and launch process will be shared soon.
The next stage of the Vistory community is being built now — and active leaders will be at the center of it.
