Minecraft: Java Edition. Available on the Minecraft website. - Java. Available from here. SteamVR installed and configured. - A SteamVR-compatible headset such as the HTC Vive, Oculus Rift S, Valve Index, or Windows MR. OR A non-compatible headset, such the Oculus Quest 1 or 2, GearVR, Google Cardboard, Vive Focus or PSVR and properly configured SteamVR Emulation software . - A computer capable of running VR using dedicated GPU. Integrated Intel graphics are not supported. Gaming laptops usually need to be configured to utilize the dedicated GPU in order to play Minecraft. Check out the FAQ for more information. - Either standing motion controls or a keyboard or mouse. Gamepads are not currently supported.

Downloads

Vivecraft is available in a variety of Minecraft versions. All versions contain Optifine which adds shaders support dynamic lights, dynamic lighting, and other improvements to graphics. All versions are online. Not all versions support the same VR features or work with Forge mods.

Each version comes with four downloads. The VR Client is the main mod that is available to VR players. The NonVR (2D Client) is designed for desktop users who want to view VR animations as well as LAN-host. The Spigot plugin allows animations to be enabled on Spigot servers. The Forge server mod allows animations to be enabled on a Forge Server.

Installing Vivecraft

It is very simple to install. minecraft pixelspark servers These instructions will help you install the Vivecraft client. Installation is the same first time you install and for updates. You can install Vivecraft multiple times with various options without issue.

1. Run the Minecraft Launcher on your PC at least once to create the game folders. You don't need to launch the game. Close the launcher. 2. Make sure the Minecraft Launcher is NOT running. 3. Run the Vivecraft Installer. You will see the checkboxes for each installation option. Click on each option and you'll be able to see its contents. Generally you should leave the defaults. If you'd like support for Forge mods, make sure to check the Forge box. If the installer fails to recognize Forge already installed it will download and run the installer for you - Do not allocate more RAM than you'll need. 4GB is more than enough for all but the biggest modpacks.

4. Click install. The program will download files and create your launcher profile. 5. If you are using a laptop. Make sure to force the high-performance processor on the gpu control panel. Check out the FAQ for more details. 6. Run the Minecraft Launcher. 7. The profile for Vivecraft should be already selected, If is it not, make sure that the'modified' profiles checkbox is checked. 8. Click Play.
