With your commitment to our Program, we will take control of your acne in as little as 10-16 weeks.
Our AcnePro Program will do the following:
Target current breakouts.
Prevent future breakouts.
Improve pigmentation.
We will take the following steps:
Develop customized skincare regiment at the initial consultation.
Adjust your skincare regimen every 2-3 weeks.
Guiding you through the whole process of getting clear. You will contact your Acne Specialist directly. We are always here to support you through the process.
Detect you acne triggers in everyday life that exacerbate acne, such as food, skincare, makeup, and birth control.
Educate you about how to keep your skin clear as long as you want it.
Get lifetime access to our private “Acne Secrets” account that will make it easier to find acne safe skincare and hair product after you get clear as well as other useful information.
We will need your commitment to:
Skincare regimen which will be updated every 2 weeks till you get clear (within 10-16 weeks)
Sending digital photos of the front, right and left side of your face.
Following all our recommendation that you will receive at your Acne Consultation.

Cancellation, Rescheduling Policy
We take appointments very seriously and consider it a commitment. The commitment is very strict.
There is a cancellation fee of $100 applied if you do not cancel/reschedule within the 48 hours.
Anything after our 48 hours grace period does result in an automated $100 charge per every hour you have an appointment for.
We kindly request that you please send us the text message at (929) 490-7770 or email to within 48 hours of your appointment in case you need to cancel or reschedule.
Please be advised that the only way we can excuse a late cancellation or rescheduling inquiry is with a doctors letter or phone call stating you are unable to make your appointment due to a medical emergency. We do NOT accept any of the following:
at home tests (including Covid rapid tests)
pictures of a thermometer or your temperature vitals
email from a doctor
Thank you for understanding.
If you are late for your appointment, please know that the service will be shortened up to the remaining planned time for your treatment, and the full price will be charged.
Concurrent Skincare Treatment Policy
AcneClinicNYC does not allow other skin care treatments while you are being treated with us.
Health Issues
If you are prone to cold sores, please take an antiviral medication before your appointment.
For New Clients
If you have been on Accutane equivalents, you MUST discontinue use for 3 months prior to coming in for your first appointment.
All packages expire in 12 months. All packages, consultations, skincare products and treatments are not refundable.
