As soon as I arrived to bring my wife home after ten months at the Air Force War College, she wanted to take me here. Many from her class were at the place. That tells you something-- people with a lot of travel and discriminating... taste like the place. The wine and beer was fantastic, the double-boned porkchop should be served in private so it can be ate and relished like a caveman, and the VY burger is a featured item for good reason. A very good dinner for about $67. More

Our tour guide made a reservation for us and other people on the tour. One person called to cancel her single reservation. The restaurant mistakenly cancelled our reservation as well minutes before we arrived. (We had taken an Uber the rather long distance from our... hotel.) People had already been seated at what would have been our table. Instead of trying to accommodate us or acknowledge their mistake, we were treated rudely, told us we would be treated as walk-ins, and would be seated when a table opened up. After that we were ignored. We waited 30 minutes while others with later reservations came in and were seated. We finally gave up and took an Uber back to the hotel. We will insist that the tour director take this restaurant off their list of recommended restaurants. More

My husband ordered the Wagyu steak and was very pleased with his meal, I had the duck pasta and found it lacking a little in the flavor department. The star of the evening was the octopus appetizer and great wine list! We will be back,... there was lots on the menu that looked great More

Food was good, seated late for reservation, service was extremely slow. House signature old fashion cocktail was prepared without orange slice or cherry. When manager stopped by I showed him cocktail and said bartender needed more training, he replied bartender didn't do garnishes, waiter did.... Made no attempt to rectify situation. Very expensive for average meal More

Having read reviews about Vintage and seeing how highly rated it was, I decided to try it out before I left town as I was visiting Montgomery for a few days. First the good- service and staff was excellent. Drinks were good also ,but the... food was disappointing. Being a chef myself in Sarasota Florida, I have high expectations for highly rated restaurants . Not being overly hungry, I ordered Alabama Waygu beef burger medium. It came overcooked and no better than any choice cut of ground beef. My dining partner had a pasta dish with scallops. The pasta and sauce were good, but the scallops were way over salted, and overcooked, which made them very rubbery. I hate leaving bad reviews, but such a highly rated restaurant needs a better product to put out. I really wanted to like this establishment. More

We found this restaurant on TripAdvisor so thought it only fair to put a review. The food was all amazing. I had the duck and it was moist and full of flavor. It was Tuesday night burger night so my husband order the bison burger.... He said it was cooked to perfection and great seasoning. The restaurant had outdoor seating with heaters, great for covid safety. We went indoors to use the restroom and were very impressed by the indoor social distancing. Kudos to a great dining experience!!! Mo
