1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Viex Wallet ("Viex Wallet", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use the Viex Wallet browser extension (the "Extension").

Viex Wallet is a non-custodial browser extension designed to allow users to manage TRON (TRX) cryptocurrency, including:

• creating and/or managing a TRON wallet;

• storing wallet credentials locally;

• viewing wallet balances;

• receiving TRX;

• sending TRX;

• viewing blockchain transaction information; and

• interacting with the TRON blockchain as necessary to provide the Extension's functionality.

Viex Wallet is designed with privacy and security in mind.

Viex Wallet does not collect, sell, rent, use for advertising, profile, or otherwise process personal user data for its own purposes. We do not maintain a centralized database of users or their wallet information, and we do not sell or disclose user information to third parties.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Viex Wallet browser extension distributed through browser extension marketplaces, including:

• Google Chrome Web Store; and

• Mozilla Firefox Add-ons (addons.mozilla.org / AMO).

2. Non-Custodial Wallet

Viex Wallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet.

This means that Viex Wallet does not take custody of users' cryptocurrency and does not maintain a centralized account containing users' funds.

Viex Wallet does not:

• hold users' TRX on behalf of users;

• control users' wallets;

• maintain a centralized wallet balance;

• operate a custodial account;

• receive deposits on behalf of users;

• withdraw funds on behalf of users;

• exchange cryptocurrency;

• provide cryptocurrency trading services;

• support fiat currency deposits or withdrawals; or

• process fiat currency transactions.

Users retain control over their wallet credentials and transaction authorization.

Viex Wallet cannot access or recover a user's wallet if the user loses their recovery information, private key, or other wallet credentials.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

Viex Wallet is designed so that the developer does not collect or maintain personal or sensitive user information.

We do not intentionally collect:

• name;

• postal address;

• telephone number;

• email address, except when a user voluntarily contacts us by email;

• government identification information;

• date of birth;

• financial account information;

• credit or debit card information;

• passwords;

• private keys;

• seed phrases or recovery phrases;

• wallet passwords;

• authentication credentials;

• browser history;

• browsing activity;

• visited websites;

• website content;

• cookies for tracking purposes;

• advertising identifiers;

• IP addresses for user profiling;

• device identifiers for tracking purposes;

• analytics identifiers;

• advertising profiles;

• behavioral profiles;

• location information;

• contacts;

files stored on the user's device;

• personally identifiable information; or

• other personal information unrelated to the operation of the Extension.

We also do not intentionally collect information about how users browse the Internet or which websites they visit.

4. Information Stored Locally

To provide wallet functionality, certain wallet-related information may need to exist locally within the user's browser or the Extension's local storage environment.

Such locally stored information may include information necessary to operate the user's wallet, such as:

• wallet configuration;

• wallet addresses;

• encrypted wallet information;

• locally stored preferences;

• locally stored transaction information; and

• other information required for the operation of the Extension.

This local information is not collected by Viex Wallet's developer or transferred to a Viex Wallet server for centralized storage.

Where private keys or recovery information are used by the Extension, they are intended to remain under the user's local control and are not transmitted by Viex Wallet to the developer.

Users are responsible for protecting their private keys, recovery phrases, passwords, and other wallet credentials.

5. TRON Blockchain and Public Blockchain Information

Viex Wallet interacts with the TRON blockchain to provide its core wallet functionality.

Some information involved in blockchain transactions is inherently public because blockchain networks are public distributed ledgers.

For example, blockchain transactions may contain or expose publicly available information such as:

• public wallet addresses;

• transaction hashes;

• transaction amounts;

• blockchain timestamps;

• block information;

• smart contract interaction information; and

• other information recorded on the TRON blockchain.

Such information is publicly available through the blockchain and is not considered information collected by Viex Wallet merely because the Extension allows a user to view or initiate blockchain transactions.

Viex Wallet does not claim ownership of publicly available blockchain information and does not use blockchain information to create personal profiles of users.

Please be aware that blockchain transactions are generally permanent and may be publicly viewable. Once information has been recorded on a public blockchain, it may not be possible to delete, modify, or erase it.

6. Blockchain Network Communications

In order to display balances, obtain blockchain information, broadcast transactions, and otherwise perform its stated functionality, Viex Wallet may need to communicate with the TRON network or blockchain infrastructure.

For example, when a user:

• requests a wallet balance;

• requests transaction information;

• sends a TRX transaction; or

• performs another blockchain operation,

the Extension may communicate with the TRON network or an infrastructure endpoint necessary to perform that operation.

These communications are an inherent part of operating a blockchain wallet.

Viex Wallet does not use these communications to collect personal information, build user profiles, monitor browsing activity, or serve advertising.

Where a blockchain infrastructure provider or public network node receives information necessary to process a blockchain request, such information is transmitted solely as technically necessary to perform the user's requested blockchain operation.

7. No Sale or Sharing of User Data

Viex Wallet does not sell, rent, lease, monetize, or trade user data.

We do not share personal user data with:

• advertising networks;

• data brokers;

• marketing companies;

• analytics companies;

• social media companies;

• credit reporting companies;

• cryptocurrency exchanges;

• financial institutions; or

• other third parties for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.

We do not use personal information for targeted advertising or behavioral advertising.

8. No Advertising or User Profiling

Viex Wallet does not use personal user data for:

• targeted advertising;

• behavioral advertising;

• retargeting;

• marketing profiles;

• user scoring;

• behavioral profiling; or

• tracking users across websites.

The Extension does not use browsing activity to create advertising or marketing profiles.

9. No Analytics or Tracking

Viex Wallet does not intentionally use third-party analytics systems, advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, behavioral tracking technologies, or similar mechanisms to monitor users.

The Extension is not designed to track which websites users visit or how users interact with websites.

If this practice changes in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated before or when the relevant functionality is introduced, as required by applicable platform policies and law.

10. Browser Permissions

Viex Wallet may request browser permissions that are technically necessary to provide its wallet functionality.

We follow the principle of requesting only the permissions necessary for the Extension's functionality.

Browser permissions are controlled by the respective browser and may allow the Extension to access certain browser APIs.

The existence of a browser permission does not mean that Viex Wallet collects personal information associated with that permission.

Viex Wallet does not intentionally use browser permissions to collect browsing history, website activity, personal communications, or other unrelated information.

Chrome requires extensions to request the narrowest permissions necessary for their functionality.

11. Private Keys and Recovery Information

The security of cryptocurrency wallet credentials is extremely important.

Viex Wallet is non-custodial and is designed so that users maintain control of their wallet credentials.

Viex Wallet does not request users to send their:

• private keys;

• seed phrases;

• recovery phrases; or

• wallet passwords

to Viex Wallet's servers.

Users should never disclose their private keys or recovery phrase to any person, website, support representative, or third-party service.

Viex Wallet support will never ask a user to provide their private key or recovery phrase.

If a user loses their recovery phrase or private key, Viex Wallet may be unable to recover the wallet or its funds.

12. Transaction Authorization

Viex Wallet does not independently initiate cryptocurrency transactions on behalf of users.

Transactions are initiated and authorized through the Extension by the user.

Before confirming a transaction, users are responsible for verifying:

• the recipient address;

• the amount;

• applicable network fees;

• transaction details; and

• any other information displayed before confirmation.

Once a transaction is confirmed and broadcast to the TRON network, blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

13. Third-Party Services and Blockchain Infrastructure

Viex Wallet may need to interact with third-party technical infrastructure or decentralized network infrastructure solely when such interaction is technically necessary to provide blockchain functionality.

Examples may include:

• TRON network nodes;

• RPC endpoints;

• blockchain data infrastructure; or

• other technical infrastructure required to communicate with the TRON network.

Viex Wallet does not intentionally transmit personal user information to such services for advertising, analytics, profiling, or marketing.

Any information that is necessarily transmitted as part of a blockchain request is limited to what is technically required to perform the requested operation.

Users should understand that third-party infrastructure providers may have their own privacy policies and data-handling practices.

14. Third-Party Websites

The Extension may allow users to interact with blockchain-related websites or services.

Viex Wallet is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, security, or data handling practices of third-party websites or services.

Users should review the privacy policies and terms of third-party services before using them.

15. Data Retention

Because Viex Wallet does not maintain a centralized database of user personal information, we do not establish a centralized retention period for such information.

Information stored locally by the Extension remains under the user's control and may generally be removed by:

• removing the wallet from the Extension;

• clearing the Extension's local storage;

• uninstalling the Extension; or

• using applicable browser controls.

Blockchain transaction records are different. Information recorded on a public blockchain may remain permanently available as part of the blockchain's distributed ledger and generally cannot be deleted by Viex Wallet.

16. Data Security

Viex Wallet is designed to minimize the amount of user information handled by the developer.

Because the Extension does not maintain a centralized repository of users' private keys, recovery phrases, or personal information, the risk associated with centralized storage of such information is reduced.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices, browsers, passwords, private keys, and recovery information.

No software, browser, network, or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should keep their browser and operating system updated and should install the Extension only from official distribution channels.

17. Children's Privacy

Viex Wallet is not directed specifically at children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Because Viex Wallet is designed not to collect personal information, we do not maintain a database of children's personal information.

If you believe that personal information has been provided to us in error, please contact us at:

support@viexwalletmail.com

18. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights concerning personal information, including rights to:

• request information about personal data processing;

• request access to personal information;

• request correction of personal information;

• request deletion of personal information;

• object to certain processing;

• request restriction of processing; or

• exercise other rights provided by applicable law.

Because Viex Wallet does not maintain a centralized database of personal user information, there may be little or no personal information available for us to provide, modify, or delete.

To submit a privacy-related request, contact:

support@viexwalletmail.com

We will review and respond to valid requests as required by applicable law.

19. California Privacy Rights

Viex Wallet does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We do not maintain a centralized consumer profile database for Viex Wallet users.

To the extent applicable law provides California residents with privacy rights, requests may be submitted to:

support@viexwalletmail.com

Because of our data-minimization practices, we may have no personal information associated with a particular request.

20. European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Similar Privacy Rights

Where applicable, users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other jurisdictions with comparable privacy laws may have additional rights relating to personal information.

Viex Wallet is designed not to collect personal information for centralized processing.

Where no personal data is collected or retained by Viex Wallet, there may be no personal data to which an access, correction, deletion, portability, or similar request can apply.

Users may contact us regarding any privacy request at:

support@viexwalletmail.com

21. Legal Disclosure

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Viex Wallet may disclose information if disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, court order, or governmental authority.

Because Viex Wallet does not maintain a centralized database of user personal information, our ability to provide such information is limited to information that we actually possess.

We do not voluntarily provide user information for advertising, marketing, profiling, or unrelated commercial purposes.

22. Business Transfers

If Viex Wallet or substantially all of its assets are acquired, merged, reorganized, or transferred, this Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect the transaction.

Any handling of user information following such a transaction will remain subject to applicable privacy laws and the commitments described in this Privacy Policy, to the extent applicable.

23. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect:

• changes to the Extension;

• changes to blockchain functionality;

• changes to applicable laws;

• changes to browser marketplace requirements; or

• changes to our privacy practices.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when the policy was most recently updated.

If Viex Wallet introduces a material change to its data collection, use, or transmission practices, the change will be disclosed in accordance with applicable law and the requirements of the relevant browser marketplace.

24. Chrome Web Store Limited Use Compliance

Viex Wallet confirms that its handling of information received through browser APIs and other browser functionality is consistent with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements.

Viex Wallet does not use user data for:

• personalized advertising;

• targeted advertising;

• selling user information;

• data brokerage;

• creditworthiness determination;

• lending purposes;

• unrelated profiling; or

• other prohibited purposes.

Any information handled by the Extension is limited to what is necessary to provide the Extension's disclosed primary purpose.

This statement is included to provide the transparency required by the Chrome Web Store policies. Chrome's current policies require extensions to limit data use to their disclosed purpose and prohibit unrelated transfers and monetization of user data.

25. Firefox Add-on Privacy Compliance

Viex Wallet is designed to minimize data transmission and does not intentionally transmit personal, technical, or user-interaction data for analytics, advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.

Viex Wallet does not intentionally transmit browsing activity except where technically necessary for a clearly disclosed user-facing function. The Extension does not use browsing activity for advertising or tracking.

Mozilla's current Add-on Policies require extensions to limit data transmission to what is necessary for functionality and to use transmitted data only for the purpose for which it was transmitted.

For Firefox versions that support Mozilla's built-in data collection and transmission declarations, the Extension's manifest should accurately declare that no user data is collected/transmitted, consistent with the actual implementation. Mozilla specifically requires accurate data-collection declarations for Firefox 140 and later when the built-in consent system is used.

26. No Financial Services

Viex Wallet is software for interacting with the TRON blockchain.

Viex Wallet does not:

• provide financial advice;

• provide investment advice;

• act as a broker;

• operate an exchange;

• provide fiat currency services;

• provide banking services;

• provide lending services;

• provide custodial services; or

• guarantee the value or availability of any cryptocurrency.

Cryptocurrency transactions involve significant risks, including the potential permanent loss of funds.

Users are solely responsible for their transactions and for maintaining the security of their wallet credentials.
