The Vietnamese culture is considered as one of the oldest cultures in Southeast Asia. It is known because of beautiful beaches, rivers and Buddhist pagodas. Vietnam cuisine is very famous all over the world. Their cuisine is basically divided into e categories. North, south and central regions. Noodles are very common among people and they use less oil in cooking. People eat more vegetables. Rice is considered a staple food in Vietnam. Clothing of Vietnamese:

The clothing tradition of Vietnamese has been changed from time to time and normally it depends on the rules of the region or that area. During the rule of the Nguyen dynasty people were restricted to their clothing and only those people had the right to wear exclusive dressing, but as time passed now people are fully independent in choosing their dresses.

Literature in Vietnam has evolved a lot from the past. The literature of Vietnamese is written in a national language like stories, novels or dramas. In the country, literature is available in two basic forms, folk literature, and written literature. Folk literature normally consists of fairytales, funny stories, folk literature, and some epic poems. Written literature focus on poetry and prose.

The people of Vietnam are basically influenced by Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism. French culture also reflects in their art. If we talk about the painting it seems that silt painting with many colors is very common in Vietnam. Block printing is also popular. The wooden block is used in block printing.

Martial Arts in Vietnam:

Vietnamese martial art is developed from Chinese martial. Their martial art is not very famous like Japanese and Chinese but it’s becoming popular gradually. Scissor kick is very famous. Viet Vo Dao is the philosophy of martial arts in Vietnam that guides all the practices in the country. The main reason is closely association with Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism. 

Festivals and Religions of Vietnam:

Basically, the people of Vietnam follow three main religions. Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism. The worship with rigorously. People also have set up in their offices, houses, and hotels. People respect them a lot and worship heartedly.
