Breast implant size is measured in ccs, typically from 200cc to 600cc. Implant size choices usually come down to a combination of the patient's anatomy and the degree of naturalness of the desired final result. Another factor to consider is the type of surgical incision that the surgeon will make when the operation is underway. This is a decision that your surgeon can help you with and should be consulted on before undergoing surgery.

Gynecomastia Treatment Options at Charlotte Plastic Surgery
In this video, Dr. Nyame explains that all men have some degree of breast tissue. However, many men have have more noticeable amounts of breast tissue, a condition that is referred to as Gynecomastia. As such men with abnormal amounts of breast tissue are sometimes embarrassed by this condition, leading them to seeking options to reduce the breast tissue. Fortunately, says Dr. Nyame, there are several options available. According to Dr. Nyame, for men with just excess fat, liposuction is a great Gynecomastia treatment option. Sometimes, however, the excess fat is accompanied by a moderate amount of excess skin. In this case, Dr. Nyame recommends both liposuction and removal of the excess skin. In more severe cases of excessive skin, cases in which the skin hangs done from the breast, the best Gynecomastia treatment option is removal of both fat and skin as well as replacement of the nipple. This procedure pulls the nipple back up to a normal location.

I was doing a lot of hot yoga classes
and I was just really uncomfortable in class
having to wear these really tight uncomfortable sports bras
and I'd see like, these guys practicing next to me
in like, these itty bitty little brief shorts,
and it just like really kind of annoyed me,
especially considering that yoga is about being comfortable
and so I just felt like I had this literal barrier
that was preventing me from fully enjoying that flow.
The sports bras and all of those different things
can be so cumbersome, and it was super freeing.
Ooh, we're dangling a little bit too much,
but just more from a comfort perspective
than from a self-conscious perspective.
The very first time I did it, I felt powerful.
I felt really in touch with my body.
I really wanted to make it a point for the yoga
to be accessible no matter what your body type is.
especially from like, larger chested women
is like, Oh, well, I won't be able to do that.
You know, My body's not gonna behave,
no matter what your body shape or size is.
Doing more work on self-confidence and self-love
and I think this space is a beautiful space to create
that sense of safety and comfort to give you
the confidence that you can take out in the world.
