Our body, mind and spirit are all connected and when out of balance, our entire being is affected. As a holistic therapist, I focus on gently restoring health to the whole person.

Whether you have lost a loved one, and are looking to find comfort and peace, or you are looking for support to achieve your own personal goals and dreams, I have the experience, knowledge and ability to help and guide you through this time.
Tailored for every client as no two people are the same.
Don’t worry if you feel that you don’t fit in a particular box, everyone is different and different therapies often overlap, I offer therapy designed specifically for you. I will guide you gently through a healing process, tailor made for you and your situation and support you throughout.
I provide a safe space within which you will be treated with respect, kindness, empathy, understanding and confidentiality.
If you are wishing to book either Therapy or Coaching, I offer a free 20 minute online consultation via Zoom to get acquainted. It’s important to establish that you feel comfortable with me and ask any questions that you may have.
I am based in Elmer, between Littlehampton and Bognor Regis in the UK. Most of my work is carried out online via Zoom, however, local clients are very welcome to visit me here.

Victoria Raye (Goodman) Benson, 77, New Paris, died unexpectedly of natural causes in her home on Saturday, April 23, 2022. She had been a resident of Winona Lake and then New Paris since 1976.
Vicky was born in Milford, Dela., Nov. 30, 1944.
She married the love of her life, Jay Ellsworth Benson, on Oct. 28, 1967. He preceded her.
Surviving are her son, Jeffrey C. (Dana) Benson, and four grandchildren, Audrey, Eli, Emily and Isaac of Aurora, Ill.; her sister, Ruth Johnson of South Bend; and her brother, Harry (Tricia) Goodman of Goshen; as well as many cousins, in-laws, and nieces and nephews.
Yoder-Culp Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
