In July 2019 one idea completely changed my life.
It just popped into my head and told me to start a blog. As a jeweller I was frustrated there was no-where for me (or other jewellers) to tell their stories.
Starting that little blog set me on a path (ok obsession) to find out how to market a small business. And now I want to share that knowledge with you…
Pinterest for business….am I crazy?! Umm no, believe it or not Pinterest is the secret weapon I use to get traffic to my website…and I do it all in just an hour a week!
Believe it or not Pinterest can be used for more than just interiors inspo (although it’s really great for that too), as long as you have a good strategy.

My journey to help jewellers and other creatives market their businesses all started with a blog.
Nothing fancy, just a blog called ‘The Jewellery Spot’.
I wanted to celebrate contemporary jewellery in a way I didn’t think other people were…by telling the designers’ stories.
I believe blogs are the lifeblood of an online business, simply because they’re full of stories. They tell your customers who you really are behind the brand. And stories sell.
My blog has evolved a little now, but I still update it regularly and you can still read it here.
