Role Description
The Vice President of Project Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing planning and execution of key strategic initiatives across Circulus Group. This position leads multiple projects and programs that support member engagement, platform enhancements, and internal process improvements. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project scopes and timelines, managing cross-functional project teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role oversees project budgets, tracks progress against milestones, and proactively identifies and mitigates risks. The Vice President of Project Management also develops and refines project management standards, reports on portfolio performance to senior leadership, and collaborates with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in operations and member experience.
Qualifications
1. Marketing Strategy & Executive Leadership
* Develop and execute the company's global marketing strategy.
* Align marketing initiatives with corporate objectives and revenue targets.
* Establish marketing priorities, budgets, and long-term growth plans.
* Identify market opportunities, customer trends, and competitive developments.
* Serve as a strategic marketing advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
2. Brand Strategy & Market Positioning
* Develop and maintain a consistent global brand strategy and identity.
* Strengthen brand awareness, reputation, and market differentiation.
* Define brand positioning, value propositions, and core messaging.
* Lead corporate communications and brand reputation initiatives.
* Monitor brand performance and implement improvement strategies.
3. Demand Generation & Customer Acquisition
* Develop integrated demand generation and lead generation strategies.
* Lead campaigns to attract, engage, and convert target customers.
* Optimize customer acquisition channels and marketing funnels.
* Partner with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
* Identify opportunities to expand customer reach and accelerate growth.
4. Product Marketing & Go-to-Market Strategy
* Lead product marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging.
* Develop go-to-market plans for new products, services, and market launches.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
* Partner with Product and Sales teams to communicate product value.
* Monitor launch performance and optimize commercialization strategies.
5. Digital Marketing & Content Strategy
* Oversee digital marketing channels, campaigns, and content initiatives.
* Develop strategies for SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.
* Lead content development across websites, blogs, campaigns, and digital platforms.
* Improve digital customer engagement and marketing conversion performance.
* Evaluate emerging marketing technologies and new customer acquisition channels.
6. Marketing Analytics & Performance Management
* Establish marketing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting systems.
* Monitor customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
* Analyze marketing spend, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
* Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and resource allocation.
* Present marketing performance, forecasts, and recommendations to Executive Leadership.
7. Cross-Functional Leadership
* Collaborate with Sales, Product, Business Development, and Customer Success.
* Align marketing campaigns with sales objectives and commercial priorities.
* Partner with Revenue Operations to improve funnel visibility and reporting.
* Coordinate product launches, customer engagement, and market expansion initiatives.
* Ensure consistent messaging across customer-facing teams and business functions.
8. Marketing Team Leadership & Development
* Build and lead a high-performing global Marketing organization.
* Recruit, mentor, and develop marketing leaders and specialized teams.
* Establish marketing performance standards, goals, and accountability frameworks.
* Manage marketing budgets, agency relationships, and external partnerships.
* Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
QualificationsEducation
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
* MBA or Master's degree preferred.
Experience
* 20+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Growth Marketing, or related functions.
* 10+ years of senior leadership experience managing marketing teams or organizations.
* Proven success developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion.
* Strong experience in digital marketing, demand generation, product marketing, market positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
* Demonstrated ability to manage marketing budgets, measure ROI, and optimize campaign performance.
* Experience leading global or multi-regional marketing initiatives preferred.
* Excellent communication, analytical, strategic planning, and executive leadership skills.
