Role Description The Vice President Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational performance across the organization. This position leads cross-functional teams, designs and implements operational processes, and ensures that business activities align with strategic goals and financial objectives. The role includes managing budgets and resource allocation, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Vice President Operations collaborates with senior leadership to set operational priorities, supports major projects and change initiatives, and ensures compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. This role also mentors managers, promotes an inclusive and high-performance culture, and communicates operational updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated expertise in Operations Management, including process optimization and team leadership.
* Strong P&L Management capabilities, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance oversight.
* Proven track record in Strategic Planning, including setting operational goals and aligning initiatives with organizational strategy.
* Experience in Project Management, with the ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from planning through execution.
* Commitment to high-quality Customer Service, with experience improving service delivery and customer experience.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, supported by data-driven judgment.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment and across diverse teams.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) are beneficial.
* Prior senior leadership experience in operations or a closely related function, preferably in a multi-site or distributed organization.
