Company: AutoRaise

Company Description AutoRaise is a technology platform that brings professional-grade capital raise infrastructure directly to founders. It provides the same systems that capital advisors use internally, enabling founders to manage their own fundraising rounds with institutional-quality documentation, including data rooms and pitch decks. The platform matches companies with investors using criteria such as stage, check size, thesis alignment, and recent deployment activity, rather than relying only on sector. AutoRaise ranks over 2.4 million verified, contactable investor profiles within a database of nearly 2.8 million to deliver highly targeted shortlists. Founders gain verified contact information, integrated outreach tools, and a clear process to manage investor engagement on their own timeline.
Role Description The Vice President Investment Banking at AutoRaise is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading complex fundraising and advisory engagements for founder-led companies using the AutoRaise platform. This role involves structuring transactions, developing financial models, and advising founders on capital strategy, valuation, and investor positioning. The Vice President will review and enhance institutional-grade materials such as pitch decks and data rooms, ensuring they meet the expectations of professional investors. Day-to-day activities include performing detailed financial and market analysis, overseeing due diligence processes, and collaborating with product and data teams to refine investor matching methodologies. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, building relationships with investors and ecosystem partners, and contributing to thought leadership and best practices for founder-led capital raises.
