1. Ethio Telecom invites interested and eligible local bidders in this Bid for the procurement of Curtain, Seat Cover having log and Floor Mat for 40 Minibus and 8 Coaster with RFQ No. 3728969-2.

The RFQ:

Remains under floating starting from May 26, 2020
Submission deadline June 16, 2020 (until05:00 PM)
Opening date June 17, 2020 (at 10:00 AM)
Bid documents can be obtained from Ethio Telecom's Head Office, Room No. 203 during office hours (Monday to Friday) upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Birr 100.00 (Birr one hundred only).

2. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of Birr 40,000.00 (Forty Thousand Birr only).

2.1. The bid bond shall be furnished in the format specified in the bid document.

3. Sealed bids marked as: “Tender for the Supply Curtain, Seat Cover having log and Floor Mat for 40 Minibus and 8 Coaster with RFQ No. "3728969-2", and be

5. No one can duplicate or transfer the bidding document that she/he acquired to participate under this invitation. Legally authorized agents shall collect the bidding documents for each principal they are representing.

6. Partial bid is allowed per vehicle type Minibus/Coaster.
