As for why sets like this aren't on VT.com, the answer I think you'll find is remarkably simple - Viv no longer owns them and might not even have possession of them. Back in the days of magazines, picture editors would purchase the actual negatives that they were interested in publishing. Sometimes, for the sake of speed, they'd buy the whole set for only a little bit more than they would have paid for the 20-30 pics they actually wanted.

Viv's main money-earner back in the late 90s & early 00s was from magazines, so what we might be able to deduce from this is that what we have available to us at VT.com (up to about set 3000) are the rejects - sets that the mags didn't want to buy, or the pics that they didn't want of shoots from which they took the best ones.

It's interesting that you say that Viv was the 3rd photographer in the US to shoot Veronika. Of course, Viv was based in the UK back then, although it's by no means impossible for him to have shot them during a trip over to the States. However, bearing in mind that Viv numbers sets chronologically, we can look at the sets surrounding Veronica's (the 2170s & 2180s) to give us a clue about location. To me, they seem to be in Britain.
