INGREDIENTS
VENUS RICE 320 g
SMOKED SALMON 100 g
DRAINED TUNA IN OIL 180 g
SHRIMPS 100 g
CHERRY TOMATOES 150 g
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 3 tbsp
FRESH BASIL 4 large leaves
SALT to taste
PEPPER to taste
PREPARATION
Start the venere rice salad recipe by cooking the rice after rinsing it under water. Follow package directions regarding cooking time. Then drain the rice and pour it and leave it to cool.
Sear the prawns in a pan with a drizzle of oil for a few minutes. In the meantime, she cuts the salmon into small pieces and drains the tuna .
Cut cherry tomatoes in half and wash the rocket , then dry it carefully.
At this point, take a salad bowl and pour the cold rice, tuna, salmon and prawns into it. Combine the cherry tomatoes and rocket and season with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper to taste.
