This DIY setup has a new, long lasting, high quality BLDC (i.e. brushless) motor and speed controller for 220V power supply. Note: the original Venus 200 uses a brushed motor and weighs 11 pounds or 5Kg. The costs and weight of this DIY unit are about half of the original Venus 2000 & shipping. Besides, I now turned the air cylinder, so that its air swivel air tube is positioned (inwards) towards the Speed Ctrl.
