Just curious if anyone else has this. I have unders, and obviously once everything was pushed "up" the veins went too. They're pretty visible now, whereas they weren't before, again the skin is stretched and such, I know. I'm not worried about it, but I don't love the way it looks. Did anyone else experience this and if so, once your skin stretched did they become less noticeable? It probably doesn't help that my boobs are as white as cotton (my mom always says that haha).
Mine r the same way !! When I breast feed my kids they did the same thing..!! Not sure if it will go away
I have the same and find they are more prominent when I'm hot. I'm confident they will settle down as my body settles down.
I'm almost 6 months post op and still have it. It has gotten better and hopefully continue to do so.
I had never even considered this to happen. My breasts are not veiny at all. I wonder how common that is to have veiny boobs after BA

Like this when I breastfed too. You could hardly see them when I as boobless but now I have blue veins on both sides. Had my BA in sept and it is less visible as it became softer but still there.

Haha thanks for all the responses!! You couldn't see them at all before my BA so I was a little surprised but hopefully they chill out. If not I'll stock up on self tanner haha.

I have always been veiny...before and after boobies. And when I say veiny, good god they are VEINY!
I've had slight stretch marks since I developed breasts and I have some veins. Neither changed post BA-i.e. it didn't get worse or improve. I am pale as a ghost right now too which brings out the lovely blue color. But's it definitely not one of my body issues...I'm not getting an injection over this one.
I'm sure all of this is temporary. How far out are you? I was told things settle 6 to 12 months after surgery. If it's something you're concerned about maybe send a photo to your plastic surgeon.
I find this happens more with my hormonal cycle. Closer to menstruation...breasts get that full feeling and the veins pop out more. Only really lasts few days and then they are once again less noticeable.

I had visible veins before surgery but after surgery they were definitely more noticeable. I'm over a year post op and they havnt gone away and I'm not expecting them to anymore at this point. I'm also very pale and never tan or go in the sun... I don't like how it looks but it is what it is! I'm sure if I did a spray tan or something they would be much less visible...
I developed veins about 2 months PO. They are only on my right breast, and it is UGLY! I am now 7 months PO and it hasn't gone away.
I have this now. My arms and legs have always been veiny but my boobs never were until the BA. I have been using self tanner to make it less noticeable, but even my fiance commented on it the other day. Oh well, small price to pay!
I had the same thing. My PS said that in my case it was do to swelling. Once they are completely healed it should go away for the most part

Anyone else got MASSIVE veins in their boobs? I've got huge ones, I could flop them out and get blood taken from them if I wanted to!!
Yep! And on my belly too, every time I see them in the mirror I do a double take :p
Yes - especially in the evening! Its almost as if they sometimes glow in the dark!

Yes same here. The veins don't stick out at all but you can see them sooo clearly through my skin. They're also down my sides but not on my belly. It's pretty cool to see them!
