This is just a sector of a 3 stars hotel beside. The hotel is right at the spot of the ski station. Perfect for skiers of all levels and also a romantic tour. Aquecimento do quarto muito bom. Both nights I walked out very disappointed. Great skiing for beginners. This is a fraud and ahould be removed from booking. They lost my car keys. They say they have parking but as only have 3 places they ask you for your key. After loosing it they woke me up from my nap 5 times and even called the police! Because another car could not leave. The police knocking at my rooms door while I was with booking at the phone. They insisted that I lost it and denied a refund. Be carefull this is not worth dollars per night in any place in the world!!!!! The staff is retarded. They just dont speak The manager is invisible and never available ao the staff has 0 authority. They didnt answear bookings calls because nobody they said appke english!!!!! When you check in they will tell you it includes all of your meals, but then they will say all of the restaurants are fully booked so they will send you to the hotel next door 3 stars puerta del sol to eat at thei buffet!!!!! They do this because they rather sell your food at a 5 stars restaurant to other tourists which are not guests and pay for your buffet at a 3 stars hotel beside. An absolut fraud. I went to their restaurant and it was almost empty so I had to complain and finally they let me graciously to have dinner there!!!! At night my wife was not feeling good so she ordered a mint tea. At a 5 stars hotel! But in breakfast they had mint tea bags!!!! This Chileans just dont like to work! This place is meant to steal from brazilians. Dont book it even for half the price.
